1. Summarize
E series multifunction meters are intelligent power distribution meters with high precision, high reliability, high cost-efficiency, they are designed for the applications such as electric power monitoring, intelligent control, measuring assessment with voltage system, industrial and mining enterprises, public facilities, intelligent buildings and so on. The series meters adopt high precision special metering chip and high reliability MCU design, can measure all electric parameters of the three-phase electric power grid, such as three-phase voltage (phase/wire), three-phase current, active power, reactive power, power factor, electric power grid frequency, UIPQ demand and bi-directional electric power metering, with standard electric energy pulse output and RS-485 communication interface, can choose various function expansion module.
E series are general functions products, they have measurement and metering functions, with electric energy pulse output and communication interface. There are four shape sizes can be chosen, face frame sizes of 120*120, 96*96, 80*80, 72*72(mm) The series products with high cost-effective feature can replace general electric power transmitters, measurement indication meters, electric energy metering meters and relative assistant units. Wiring Instruction:
l Input voltage cannot exceed rated input voltage (100V or 400V), otherwise should consider using PT, in order to make maintenance easily, advice to use connector bar.
l Standard rated input current is 5A or 1A, if in the situation of more than 5A, should use exterior CT. If using CT with other meters, wiring method should be series connection, before removing the wire of input current, make sure that cut off CT one circuit or Short sub-secondary circuit in advance, in order to make maintenance easily, advice to use connector bar.
l Make sure input voltage is correspond with input current, phase no. consistent, directions are consistent, otherwise the value and the symbol of power and electric energy will be wrong.
l The meter can work in three-phase four-wire or three-phase three-wire mode, the users should select the appropriate wiring way based on the site situation. Usually under the situation without center line, use three-phase three-wire mode, while three-phase four-wire mode under the situation of center line. Please pay attention that onsite wiring mode must be consistent with the wiring default setting of the meter, otherwise the data of measured by meters will be incorrect.
